The lovely owner was very responsive, with clear communication on how to find the cabin. There is quite a steep drive up but it is manageable and worth it when you get to the top. The firewood and fire was great and little kitchenette and large fridge were perfect for cooking meals. Lago Ranco is very close and has a large supermarket and fruit grocers to stock up on before you arrive.

Surrounded by full of nature, beautiful place. Very nice dinner course presentation. Hot water pool indoor (half outdoor) and cold water Olympic pool outside in nature was great combination. Perfect stay for forgetting routine for a while. Very recommended for relaxing holidays.

Apartment was lovely but the experience was tainted by the owner forcing us to pay her commission from booking.com, despite my understanding always being that is the hosts responsibility. I have used booking.com and other third party hotel booking platforms for a long time, and not once before have I been asked to pay the commission. We just felt it seemed dishonest of the host to increase the price of our reservation once we arrived (to also include their commission), and say unless we paid the new higher charge, our reservation would be cancelled.
