The rooms were cute and the family staff was very helpful. When we didn’t know where to go on the mountain we could text them and they would give us directions. They gave us good advice for a local spa and arranged our transportation for the four days. The meals they prepared were very tasty and they had very good tea. Lastly they had a very cute cat. I would recommend staying here!

Surrounded by mountains, Cheng Jin Hotel is located next to Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area Tourist Transfer Centre. Tastefully decorated, it houses a restaurant and accommodation with free WiFi access. Location is right by the entrance to Huangshan scenic area. Staff were very helpful in organizing our transport and introducing the best way to enjoy huangshan. Good restaurant within the hotel.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The cleanliness level is on super high level, variety of food is great and the staff was magnificent. Kristy and Cecina from the front desk were amazing and really helpful.

He helped me with everything—from translating when I needed it, to recommending where to eat, what time to take the bus, how to plan my tour… he even showed me how to use some apps and was really patient with me the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a good experience. Thank you Andy, you really made a difference!
