Excellent service from hotel staff - helped with booking a day trip to Longji Rice Terraces and also the Li River cruise. Hotel staff gave a lot of advice about where to go and see local sights around Guilin. Everyone's English was also excellent. Location was also very central.

The property also provides a shared kitchen, tea class, cooking class, calligraphy class and Zen experience. We had a great time in Beyond Villa Guilin. The whole staff is very helpful and always available. They helped us find a great river cruise and told us how to walk to the Reed Flute Cave, both of which are well worth it. It's in a cute village with good places to eat (one restaurant accepts Visa). The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are fantastic and very healthy.

The accommodation features a kids' club, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests. The whole experience was amazing. Location is the best in Guilin. Remote but on a lake and lovely to walk around it first thing in the morning or early evening. Both Melody and Cheng couldn’t have been more helpful. They assisted with trips, taxis and great advice. I also had an oil massage in my room and the therapist Huan was amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer. The building itself is very modern right on the waters edge. I will definitely be back as I found it most relaxing.

The Apsara Lodge-Airport or TS Free pick-up over 3 nights has been praised by its friendly & caring quality service.It is located in a beautiful countryside 6 kilometers from the county seat, surrounded by mountains and a small river flows slowly in front of the door which is one of the most beautiful sunset viewing places in Yangshuo. The location, the view , it's by river, staff are amazing, breakfast is good , quite place.
