The room is clean and comfortable, the hygiene is in place, the boss is enthusiastic, this trip to Lijiang is worth it.

The staff spoke decent English. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was well designed, super clean, luxurious, and comforting. I was able to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel restaurants, I plan to stay there again..A perfect hotel to stay in.

Moon and Chalice Boutique Hotel har en god beliggenhed i Wuhua District-distriktet i Kunming. It's a beautifully renovated, historic hotel right in the middle of old Kunming --- right where you want to be to explore the city. The rooms have been very nicely refurbished and the hotel staff were so kind with restaurant recommendations and other tips. For example, I loved the longan, date, and wolfberry tea that they prepare for guests in their rooms and so I asked where I could purchase it. Instead the manager even generously helped me to get the right ingredients to take home so I can make it myself!! Really above and beyond.

Staff picked us up from the airport. The room was very luxurious and clean. The location was amazing. If you ask them they are happy to brew you some delicious tea. Everyone was helpful there.

All the needed facilities were provided and some extras, like an electric mattress cover and umbrellas. The hotel is located just 5 minutes on foot from the old town. There is a front desk, which made the check-in easy and provided support during our stay. The host showed concern about our well-being and was very responsive to our requests.

Beautiful courtyard house in a quiet neighbourhood, but very close to restaurants and the south gate of the old town. Rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-stocked, and the breakfast is delicious! Jiuan and his family/team made us feel really at home.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Shuhe old town. Amazing staff that are super helpful. Made for seasoned travelers with a lot of attention to tiny details. Traveling in China for leisure can be hectic here and there, and we found this to be THE perfect oasis. Additionally, a wide selection of activities & hikes on offer!

We had a wonderful stay at Timeless Inn. On arrival we were greeted with fresh tea and snacks. Our host Rose was very responsive to our needs as guests, especially when our daughter was not feeling well. She made our stay special, making us feel like friends or family that were visiting. Rose served us both Asian and Western breakfast depending on the day, both were delicious. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, very clean. We enjoyed to hang out in the dining room and the he 2nd floor balcony. We highly recommend Rose's place if you visit Shangri-la.

The staffs are helpful friendly and always offer help when requested. They are well trained with highly etiquette. Few worth mentioning occasions are a concierge staff offer to drive me near to the lake where I wanted to go baggie and show me the hotel surrounding. Gardening staff politely wait for guests to walk past them before carry on their jobs. Staff try their best to extend for me a late check out where by flight is at mid-night. A management staff offer to bring me to the correct lobby lift and more. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you and will come again as along as you maintain your high standard service and pricing.
