The room was like in the photos, the food was delicious, and the staff was helpful. The pick-up and drop-off by taxi went smoothly. I enjoyed my stay. It was not noisy as indicated in the other reviews. The only sound I heard was the waves' sound. Just a little note, all these hotels are located at the beach. There is no car access; if you do not want to carry your luggage after the taxi drops you, you need to request a carrier that costs 20.000 COP (or you can request the boat shuttle, cheaper than a taxi, faster, and drops you off in front of the hotel at the beach, but your luggage and yourself can get wet :) )
