We had dinner on a Sunday night and they opened the kitchen just for us. Breakfast was good with fruit, scrambled eggs, and croissants. We can definitely recommend this place.

We were made to feel welcome, the staff helped us with anything we required without any problems. They organised a great guide for the paramo (Juan) and were happy to prepare us some food for the hike. I have travelled through hundreds of towns in Colombia over the years , Mongui is my fav and san luis hotel is without doubt the best hotel I have stayed in. You can have a great looking hotel, but without great staff it’s nothing. 10/10 for this hotel.
