Amazing stay, amazing service, amazing staff and an amazing breakfast! Our three day stay was way too short ... We had a wonderful stay and we can highly recommend this hotel with the best view of Salento.

I had an issue, but the manager promptly addressed it, demonstrating excellent leadership. The staff are incredibly professional, and as a Colombian-American, it makes me proud to see this level of quality, both in the hospitality and the structure itself, in the heart of my city. This hotel offers exclusive natural thermal pools and is surrounded by tropical nature, mountains and waterfalls. It is situated less than 10 km from Santa Rosa de Cabal. The waterfall hike experience guided by Jon, the excellent service from the hotel staff, and the free access to the other thermal baths. And of course the amazing views! They keep your luggage until the flight and you can enjoy the thermal baths.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every sense. Location is very great, just off the highway and near the Armenia airport. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.

The owners were amazing, Andre in particular was great. We had suffered several delays and lost luggage and so we arrived at the property extremely stressed. Andre and the team were very generous with their attention and care. They even followed up with the airline to help trace our bags which we were eventually able to find!!!
