The staff was very nice and friendly. Very large beds to sleep in and different room options. Breakfast is included with room rate. The lodge is located about a 15min walk from town so it's away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Very quiet and calm place to relax. Do not recommend walking back to lodge in the dark. Definitely take a taxi.

Our host was a very nice guy who takes good care of his guests. He also arranged a good rental car to explore the island as he had a car rental business too so that is pretty convenient. Sao Nicolau is a fantastic place to visit, the locals are extremely friendly.
