Hosteria Llanovientos is located in Baños and features free WiFi access, an on-site restaurant and bar, and a games room with table tennis. The property offers free parking. The location was excellent. The hosteria is on a hillside, offering a beautiful mountain view across the town and the valley. At the same time the location is also central, only 10 minutes by foot from the main square and 12 minutes from the bus station (Terminal Terrestre). Our room was clean and comfortable, with two queen beds with four(!) soft pillows. The bathroom had hot water for showering. Normally the room is cleaned every day (they ask if you wish that they do). The breakfast was very good. It consisted of eggs, bread rolls, butter and marmalade with juice and coffee - which is what you normally get for breakfast in Ecuador. But the juice was different every day, the croissants were served warm (not every day, though) and the eggs were prepared in a different way. This is actually a big deal if you've been traveling for a long time. We had established a contact with the hosteria in WhatsApp before arrival and received all possible information regarding our stay in advance. Someone was around and available 24/7, opening the gate and supporting the clients with information about activities etc. We had our laundry done for a very small amount of money that was less than in public laundries. We did not speak Spanish, so were happy to find that the staff spoke varying levels of English. You get a great value for the money you pay.

Ive been backpacking south america for aproximately 3 months and this is by far one of the nicest places ive stayed at. Super good and helpful hosts with everything. They will be glad to help you book trips or if there is any othwr issues. They also uppgraded our room to a better one because it was free at the moment. We decided to stay longer in banos because of the hotel and also that banos is a great place. The location is a bit off on the map but it takes like 10 mins to the city center by foot.

Ngoài bếp chung, chỗ nghỉ này còn có sân chơi trẻ em. we (european backpacker couple) had a FANTASTIC time at Montano Hostel!! only positive things come to my mind when i think about this place! extremely welcoming, friendly and generous manager (Fabricio) who speaks english and spanish. very relaxing common areas. fully equipped kitchen. towels were included. hot water shower. great wifi. very comfortable bed. and overall everything works as it should. would definitely return, highly recommend this place to any relaxed traveler!! thanks again for everything!

I loved our stay at Hostal Inti Luna. The owners (Julio and his family) were very accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in Banos and helped us answer questions about tours. The property has a beautiful lawn, the rooms were clean, showers were hot, daily housekeeping available, and cute dogs! A nice and quiet property only 15 minutes walk from the center of Banos

The Casa Verde Eco Guest House offers a solarium with views of the mountains and the Pastaza River just a few minutes from Baños. Buffet breakfast is included. By far the best accommodation we’ve had in Ecuador! The location of the guest house is the nicest one you can have in Baños, right at the river with a great few on the surrounding nature. It’s just 1.50-2 USD for a taxi from town or a quick walk. The breakfast is definitely the best one we’ve had in Ecuador with fresh juice, fruits, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, croissant bread, empanadas, eggs and cheese/avocado/tomatoes. We had it on the amazing terrace with hammocks every morning and were often visited by humming birds. The style of the furniture of the guest house is very modern and natural with wood everywhere. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The guest house is run by Johan and his lovely mum. Johan is fluent in English and the nicest person you can imagine. He has helped us with organisation of tours, taxis and our flight cancellation. We would definitely stay again if coming back to Baños!
