Heated in winter, the outdoor pools include waterfalls, hot tubs and a slide. The hotel is very nice. A wonderful place to relax, to do nothing and enjoy the sun.The palm oasis and its pools are extremely good. One pool is separated for children and the adults' pool is quite large, so you can have a more serious swim. Very caring hotel team. Thank you very much for your service. Excellent parking is available for an extra charge, but the price is symbolic. Room: we had a room on the ground floor for 3 adults with the view to pool. We loved it. It was large, clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette. Location: the hotel is approximately 3 km from the lighthouse. Sound far but it is not. We liked the hotel and its pools so much that we never visit the Atlantic beach. We had the car so drove to the lighthouse. There is a very convenient and large car park, so we walked around in the evening. Meal: Breakfast is very good. Lots of different types of eggs. If you are not a big egg lover, there are still a few choices. Mostly the same every morning. Dinner. Amazing. A different choice every night. Fish, meat, vegetables. Really highly recommended.

The bungalows had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt very clean. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location for shops and sand dunes.

The property is non-smoking and is set 8.4 km from Parque de Santa Catalina. Situated on a quiet side street 2 blocks from the cathedral, this small hotel is nestled among other residences. It is close to the museum, and 5 minutes walk to the shopping pedestrian street - or 10 minutes walk to the theater bus stop (91 or 60) which can go to the airport or downtown center. A grocer is near the bus station, and many restaurants are in the pedestrian shopping street. It was very comfortable, and the entry information was provided by Booking.com text message prior to arrival. No issues with entry via keypad. Nice to have the coffee/tea-making with a light little snack present also. I would stay there again.

For guests with children, the apartment offers a baby safety gate. We had a wonderful stay in Telde. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped, and extremely comfortable. The beds were especially good – we slept really well every night. Ivette gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment, making sure we had all the information we needed. She was friendly, professional, and also helped us with a few special requests, which we really appreciated. Everything worked smoothly, and we felt truly at home. Overall, we are very happy and would gladly stay here again!
