The European Parliament is a 10-minute tram ride away and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Very friendly staff and reception. The hotel served a few options for dinner, which was excellent as our train was both late and uncomfortable and it was raining to boot. Lovely breakfast.

The place was nice and well equipped with the small things that make a trip enjoyable (coffee, breakfast cereal, milk, feminine hygiene products, etc...) available in the apartment. Not enough people make that extra effort to ensure that your stay is enjoyable.

Helpful and replied instantly when we had issues. 2. 2 in 1 washer/ dryer. Set machine on 4.5hr at night and clothes are all dry the next morning. Extremely convenient. 3. Coffee capsules, tea, bottle waters and some biscuits provided which was nice 4. Didn't cook but kitchen looked well equipped. 5. Unit's location is fantastic. The following didn't affect us and just to share 1. Car park can be tight. We could fit Alfa Romeo TONALE 2. Toilet and bedrooms are upstairs. Mobility required 3. Building's corridors, lift landings and car park have sensor lights/switches. It can be dark if those are not on
