I happened to stay when there was a Tube strike, the staff by the entrance went above and beyond, got me a cab from blocks away. I needed to make the business meeting and thanks to him I was able to make it on time. Thank you so much for the staffs, I recommend this hotel 100%. Also the neighborhood of Marylebone is really cute and filled with lovely shops and restaurants. There is even a farmers market on Sundays. Worth checking it out!

The rooms were clean,comfortable and fitted with all the necessities. Though a bit small the quality of materials was good and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel also has a bar at the lobby and has a great vibe all together.

On the 43rd floor our room had views of the Thames, eye of London, st. Paul's Cathedral and much more! Location is excellent being right next to London Bridge metro and train station it's easy to get around London. The staff were also fantastic and always around to answer questions and help out when needed! It was also soo lovely to have a bathtub with such a fantastic view! It was hard to leave! Will certainly be returning!

The hotel also has a gym and games room. Gorgeous boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff and delicious restaurant options. Loved the convenient location to the Tube and neighborhood. Very walkable.
