Dan was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. The house is beautiful, very well equipped, spotless, and impeccably maintained. The location is perfect – just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Cowes and only a few steps from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment has family rooms. Located at the edge of Keats Green by the cliff path down to the sea-front promenade, the Bay House Apartments is in a superb location with views out to sea from the balconies, close to Old Shanklin Town, and within easy walking distance of the high street shops. Our apartment was immaculately clean. From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed by the standard and style of decor, the comfortable furniture, and the attention to detail in the provision of kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. Communication from Louise prior to the visit and after our arrival was first-class. We enjoyed our visit to the island so much but it was enhanced by knowing our accommodation was top quality and excellent value for money.

The breakfast offers continental, Full English/Irish or vegetarian options. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which serves British cuisine and also offers vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options. The staff were excellent and the facilities were clean and bright

Guests at Bay - Brambles Chine, Colwell Bay - 5 star WiFi - Short walk to The Hut and beach - 1 night stays available - Ferry offers can enjoy fishing and hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. Great location, and the house is equipped extremely well, and so aesthetically pleasing. Smooth check-in and the beach is right there. Accessible by public transport too!

Location is great, Landlord is very nice.

Guests are welcome to eat in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch and brunch. Son enjoyed play area a lot, lots of equipment. Pool table and Ice hockey table. Breakfast was lovely. Staff was helpful too. Spacious room with child and amazing view of field where our son enjoyed seeing horses from room.
