In the mornings, guests can enjoy continental or full Welsh breakfast in the Glaslyn Lounge. Al fresco dining can be enjoyed on the terrace, which boasts panoramic views of the mountains. Family meals and Sunday lunches are served in The Glaslyn Lounge, and intimate dining is available in Y Bistro. A carvery is served every Sunday and features a choice of 3 locally sourced meats. We stayed in the junior suite which had the comfiest of beds, an exceptional bathroom and a stunning location. The grounds were immaculate, we were near lots of local beauty spots and couldn’t fault the place.

With a magnificent location, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty and dramatic scenery of the Snowdonia National Park, the Tynycornel Hotel looks out over its own 222-acre fishing lake.

With the majestic mountains of Cader Idris reflected in its waters, Tal-y-Llyn Lake is more than a scenic asset; the hotel owns the lake, which is noted for its superb fishing. Tynycornel was a well-known fishing hostelry as early as 1800 and guests enjoy priority access to Tal-y-Llyn's prized waters, together with fine river fishing. Fantastic room. Everyone was beautiful

The apartment also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The whole location and property is superb and fantastic for families. The host obviously pays a lot of attention to the cleanliness of the property and does a fantastic job. We left a toothbrush and the host was extremely kind and sent it back and refused any compensation for it. Benllech is beautiful and the property is close to pubs, shops and the beach. You wont want for a more accommodating host. We will definitely be back during the summer. Thanks Luke, excellent host!
