The staff is super friendly, the location is amazing, the rooms are cute, clean and have everything one might need. We were staying in a romm with gardenview and I personally loved it because one had a cute little patio area. I can only recommend nothing was bad or even slightly annoying. Only thing: if fancy showers are one of your priorities dont stay here. The shower is super clean but very simple

The attention to detail is simply world-class. Cleanliness: Impeccable. Every surface sparkled, the bedding was spotless and fresh, and the room felt like we were the first guests ever to stay there. Even the exterior spaces – terraces, pathways, loungers – were dust-free and well-kept. Service: Discreet but extremely efficient. The hosts were warm and respectful, with a calm presence that matched the vibe of the location. Check-in was smooth, and any request was handled with grace and without intrusion. Breakfast: Served fresh every morning with local ingredients, made just the way you like them. Simplicity done right. The view from the breakfast terrace alone was worth waking up for. Views: Breathtaking. Panoramic views of Batsi Bay, unfiltered sea light bouncing off the white walls, and complete silence apart from the breeze. Waking up to that landscape from bed was pure therapy. Design & Architecture: Arguably one of the best-designed boutique hotels we’ve seen in Greece. Raw stone, polished cement, clean lines, and natural materials, the aesthetic hits that sweet spot between minimalism and warmth. Feels like something out of an Architectural Digest feature, without being pretentious. Final verdict: Iliades isn’t just a boutique, it’s an experience in itself. Incredible view, exceptionally clean, very polite lady that met us for check in. Coffee pods, water and fresh house shoes were provided in the apartment as well as small kitchen and hairdryer which was really nice. Parking spot for our rental car. Absolutely, would 10/10 recommend it. Just beautiful. And again, the cleanliness really needs to be mentioned here, we felt safe and awesome. Great trip, great island.

Everything was excellent! Great location, very clean room and the staff was amazing! George and his wife were very polite! They gave us a map and explained everything we need to know about the island. We would definitely be back to this hotel if we visit Andros!

We are thankful to the team for being so kind for accommodating our anniversary request. We had the best time ever and are planning to come again in the future! The apartment is very cozy. ❤️

Everything on foot distance: 5 minutes away from Stivari beach, 10 to Batsi beach and the stores and nightlife. Additionally, the staff was very kind and helpful! Would recommend again and again

I can't recommend it enough! The warm welcome from Costas and the facilities team made me feel right at home. Communication was a breeze, and Costas was incredibly accommodating to all our requests. The villa was stunning, clean, and luxurious. The location was perfect for exploring Andros, yet peaceful enough for relaxation. I'm grateful for the exceptional hospitality and can't wait to return for another great experience. Thank you!!
