Beautiful property nestled in the heart of Samos, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach. The hosts and staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable — easily the best sleep I’ve had while traveling! Lovely views of Samos from the room, and having a washing machine inside was a huge plus for convenience.

Upon arrival, Maria warmly greeted us and even kindly upgraded our room. The property is perfectly located right across from the beach. 2 minute walk and you’re at the beach! You can hear the ocean from your room. Despite being on the main road, it is very quiet. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely terrace and AC. Maria and her family made a lovely breakfast each morning - eggs, coffee, greek yogurt and honey, tomatoes on toast. Maria was so kind and helpful, even calling our cab for us back to the airport. If you’re thinking of coming to Samos and don’t know where to stay, come to Kokkari just to stay at Maria’s. I’m so happy we picked here for our vacation, thank you Maria!

The view… truly the most stunning I have ever seen in my life, it left me speechless every single day! The location is fantastic – close to everything you need, yet wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. Honestly, this place is a dream come true. I would give it more than 10 stars if I could – highly, highly recommended!

It is situated 8.2 km from Port of Samos and features a housekeeping service. It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. it was the best room ever, considering the nightly price. So clean so nicely decorated. Very beautiful room and extremely cozy. We’ll stay again for sure🙏🏻

The room was spotless and the breakfast is amazing! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and peaceful. AMAZING place to stay. I will be back next summer when I visit Samos again.

Overall, our experience was very, very good.

Each accommodation at the 2-star hotel has city views and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from Remataki Beach. Great place to stay! Fantastic view and Manolis is super helpful! We stayed one week. There is a shortcut down to the city and beaches. Not suitable for people with knee injuries because a lot of stairs.
