They kept in touch with us before the check-in with WhatsApp to arrange transport from the port to the hotel. During our stay, we could also just WhatsApp message the staff for assistance and they will promptly reply. The constantly warm private small pool and the stream bath room are also nice.

The food is absolutely delicious, every meal is prepared with care and always fresh. 👌 The staff is incredible – always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything, whether it’s advice for couples visiting the island for the first time or assistance with any other need. 🤩 The rooms are spotless, with hygiene at a perfect 10/10. 🙏 Both the managers and the team make you feel at home – such positive energy and hospitality are rare to find. On top of that, the prices are lower than most places on the island, which makes this hotel even more special. Featuring an outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, the Cycladic-style Ifestos is quietly located 500 metres from the centre of Fira and offers air-conditioned accommodation. The cleanliness of the hotel and also the service from the staff, all of them were really kind and supportive, especially the lady at the reception. She helped us with many things and made sure we felt on holiday 🙂 The pool was great as well. And the location is good also. The center of Fira is about 9 min by walking.

Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. The owner gave us much help. One of our partners lost his luggage on the ferry, and the owner called the ferry company many times to ask for us. Although the luggage is still not found, we appreciate the owner's help sincerely.

Located in scenic Karterados, in Santorini, family-run Babis Hotel features a pool.The hotel offers breakfast and free WiFi. Each en suite room at Hotel Babis has air conditioning and a fridge. Loved that you could opt to include breakfast. Lovely pool area. Staff were so accomodating and hospitable. Organised transfers for me, showed me where to go, organised quad bike hire for me. They went above and beyond. Location was also fantastic. A short 10 minute walk from Fira. There was also a bus stop right out the front to go to town that way.
