We really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace, in the olive yard. We definitely recommend and very likely will be back.

It was clean, and the host was nice. Very comfortable bed. The host informed us about the best spots of the island and was very friendly. The room was less than 10 mins drive from the city and 35 mins from the most distant beach. Markets and cafeterias are 1 min walk.

Trente nove is a fantastic apartment beds are the best I've ever stayed in on a holiday. Cleaned every day ..toilet and shower are great. .location stones throw to the beach all all the shops and bars cant rate it highly enough. And the host Ava and yannis and the team they have there are fantastic always on the go and nothin to much trouble to help and get you anything..the pool bar is great run by ava and Yannis food amazing and the atmosphere is brilliant. It was really clean and cozy. The pool was amazing and it's located very close to everything. The staff were very nice as well.

This is one of the best value for money accommodations! - very clean: the room is checked daily for maintenance and towels and linen are changed daily - the room I stayed in was spacious, with a suitable balcony, with 2 clothes dryers - it is an accommodation that did not neglect important aspects, such as: air conditioning that does not blow directly onto the bed, sockets on both bedside tables, towel rack next to the shower, various spaces in the shower where you can put your necessities, you can find a mini-kitchenette with plates, cutlery, cups and glasses, a coffee machine with capsules (and they leave capsules for you throughout your stay, not just on the first day) - very comfortable bed - very spacious and semi-covered parking in the yard - it is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts - the check-in process is very simple

The property is composed of 4 rooms on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard and 4 rooms on the first floor with access through an external staircase. We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.
