The location of Icon hotel is super convenient, takes few steps aways from Hong Hom station. Plus, the cleanness room with comprehensive facilities made us satisfied. Furthermore, The Market Canteen provides a range of multicultural gourmet foods: Dinner buffet is the heaven of fussy eater, many dishes of varies crab are serving the best thing since slice bread!

Excellent location less than 5 mins walk to Causeway Bay MTR station. Family friendly. Fashion street. Shopping area, shops nearby mostly open till 10-11pm. TramOramic boarding stop just outside hotel. Very convenient.

Friendly staff, extra care for kids, provided more towels and bathroom kits for our toddlers . staffs were being helpful for booking lunch and giving direction for local attraction, the hotel itself is a piece of art, with great food selection and truly one of the best hotel in HK.

Excellent location - there is Victoria park adjacent to the building, subway is 5 minutes walking distance. Lots of cafes and several shopping malls around. Breakfast was very good, both European and Chinese dishes were available. The room is a bit old, but clean, everything was functioning. The staff was very friendly and English speaking. There’s a cool bar at the top floor. The crib for the baby is free of charge.

The character dinner at enchanted garden was expensive but was very good. The food was delicious and the characters spent a great amount of time with my children.

Throughout the stay at Hyatt with the family it had incredible views of the sea. We loved the breakfast every morning as it had amazing selection of western and chinese food. The kids loved the stay in the hotel and I loved how efficient and clean it was.
