When I saw that some customers gave a very bad notation to this hotel, honestly I was really afraid to book a night there ! But finally I tried my chance and I didn't regret it ! They are top on each topics : cleanliness, helpfulness, good and various breakfast, high level of services, the good price and so on … Thanks to all the staff, it is a big part of the strength of this hotel.They are all so exceptional. So I recommend highly this hotel and for sure I will return there if I come back to Jakarta.

Staff was wonderful. They helped the four of us to get to Malang next day by calling around for taxi late at night. Location is perfect, quiet but close to restaurants.
