Iwan even helped us figure out our Bali plans and booked us a shuttle. Such a good vibe here. ⭐

We arrived at around 05:00 am in the morning, and it's was not a problem, there was someone waiting for us. Was a wonderfull experience to stay here few minute walking from the famous waterfall, the sound of the waterfall was very calming. The tent/room was very comfortable and clean, with own shower. Breakfast was delicious.

We arrived quite late in the evening but Rani and Oussama made us feel really welcome from the start. The room has a comfortable bed, is lovingly furnished and is very clean. The views from the house are lovely. We booked the shorter tour to Gunung Bromo through Maison Manendra and that was very well organised and a nice surprise because the chosen route avoids most of the crowds (especially for the sunrise). The food shared around the big table on the rooftop terrace was always fresh and delicious and we had some very nice conversations with the other guests and also Rani and Oussama.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind, they promptly fulfilled all our wishes and cared for our wellbeing. Cottage was comfy, food was great, and the mountain view is spectacular! Thanks a lot, we really enjoyed our stay!

He was able to put together all we needed for ijen climbing in an evening while taking us to dinner. The location is amazing: view on the jungle close to the hotel and very good starting point for ijen.

This is the biggest surprise of my Indonesia trip! This place located in a small town near Malang. It runs by a family and Mrs. Mary took 2 of her independent rooms as hotel. There is super nice mountain view and the whole atmosphere is sooo chill. The room is quite big. The host even gave us some passion fruits and papaya grown from their farm. It is not far from Mt. Bromo and Tumpak Sewu - both takes 1.5h to drive there. There are hardly any tourists in this small town and when we were walking to a restaurant, the people were so curious and greeting us friendly, the kids on the street waved to us and say hello. It was such an amazing experience! The sunset of with rice field view in the small town is also really really beautiful. There is also a good and modern restaurant 20 min walk from our stay and it is designed to see the sunset with a big balcony, the food is very nice too
