With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio. The apartment also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests.

For guests with children, the apartment provides outdoor play equipment. Kildare Luxury Suites features a picnic area and a barbecue. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious, with amenities to accommodate a longer stay. While we only stayed for one night, we would have happily stayed more if our travels plans allowed. The communal kitchen facility was handy and again would have easily lent itself to a longer stay.

The estate boasts 140 bedrooms with several accommodation options. Each of the 11 Castle Bedrooms are uniquely designed and the Carriage Rooms are located within the courtyard of Kilkea Castle where guests can choose from interconnecting and wheelchair accessible rooms. All rooms feature HDTV, luxury bathroom amenities and free WiFi. The warm atmosphere when we entered the castle and attention of the reception we got made a big impression which we loved. The staff were so friendly and obliging and really made us feel at home there. I had been away for several months and at dinner received welcome home from the staff which both my wife and I felt very touched by. The room was ideal and the quality of the beds gave us such a great nights sleep that it was the first thing we commented on when we woke up in the morning. The food there was of the highest quality and I cannot rate this hotel high enough on all aspects. It really was a magical getaway for us as a couple

This 4-star farm stay offers luggage storage space and a shared lounge. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. An absolutely beautiful old family country house that has been tastefully transformed into a charming up market B&B. Mary and Raymond are delightful hosts - full of local knowledge and wonderful Irish hospitality. It really does feel like you are guests in their home. The house and location are in the heart of the countryside with lovely views. Needless to say that it is in a very quiet area and we slept beautifully! Breakfast is all home-made and cooked to perfection. Close, easy drive into Athy for dinner. Would have no hesitation to go back and stay if we were back in the beautiful area. Thanks for a wonderful stay both.

Beautiful peaceful location. Great view from the cottage where we stayed. The cottage was very clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed the selection of DVDs in the evenings. We had a wonderful breakfast at the main house on two mornings. Mary is a wonderful hostess. Also really enjoyed learning about the milking and farm operation. Short drive into town.

The K Club can provide golf tuition, and many other outdoor activities available include horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, falconry, tennis, archery and fishing. There is also a playground and a kids club. It’s my favourite hotel. Simply perfect.

Great location in Athy .Down a quiet lane so you feel like your quiet rural but 2 minuets to town which is large enough so you can get what you want but small enough to have that village vibe .1 hour to Dublin 40 mins or so to the coast .Got a nice little welcome package on arrival , booking in was a breeze and Claudia couldn’t have been more helpful

We loved the accommodation, comfortable and every little detail provided, even food in the cupboards. Met the resident canine, Rolo who was adorable :) Helen, the host was very helpful and met all our expectations

Loved the woods next to the house! Great place for walking and exploring. The whole setup was just perfect for the family. Host was exceptional and lovely to talk to. Breakfast was great. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious.
