Whitewater Shopping Centre, the Curragh Racecourse and Newbridge Silverware are less than a 10 minute drive away. Very friendly people. We had a nice stay at the Silken Thomas. The rooms were spaceous. We had 2 rooms on the top floor in the Postmasters House. We were travelling with 3 kids and therefore we had 2 rooms. The beds were good, and the rooms were very clean. The kids were very fond of the bunk bed.

For guests with children, the apartment provides outdoor play equipment. Kildare Luxury Suites features a picnic area and a barbecue. It had a lovely kitchen where you could cook your own. Endless tea coffee and water, fruits and sweet treats.

Each of the 11 Castle Bedrooms are uniquely designed and the Carriage Rooms are located within the courtyard of Kilkea Castle where guests can choose from interconnecting and wheelchair accessible rooms. All rooms feature HDTV, luxury bathroom amenities and free WiFi. This Castle was a beautiful place inside and out. Very cared for gardens. The various Restaurants and The Keeper Bar was a quirky place to sit and enjoy a few Spritzers. We loved the Lounge area and open fire. The Golf Course looked great even though we didn’t play.

This 4-star farm stay offers luggage storage space and a shared lounge. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Mary and Raymond were the kindest people we've met so far during our Ireland trip. Check-in went smoothly, the room was clean with comfortable heated beds. Bathroom had towels, shampoo and shower gel and overall very pleasent experience. We had an irish breakfast with tea and coffee, which was delicious. If I ever visited Ireland again, I would definitelly stay at the Moate Lodge. Raymond also gave us a lot of tips and info about interesting locations near there. We recommend the Lodge 10/10!

The K Club can provide golf tuition, and many other outdoor activities available include horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, falconry, tennis, archery and fishing. There is also a playground and a kids club. It’s my favourite hotel. Simply perfect.

The Clanard Court Hotel is situated in Athy, Kildare, just a 10-minute walk from Athy Train Station. It offers spacious rooms with free internet access, a brasserie and free parking.

Rooms at the Clanard Hotel have bathrooms with baths, power showers and hairdryers. They also include TVs, safes and luxurious duvets and bed linen. It was my second stay at the hotel and highly recommend it. Very helpful staff , lovely spacious room , great food.

Great location in Athy .Down a quiet lane so you feel like your quiet rural but 2 minuets to town which is large enough so you can get what you want but small enough to have that village vibe .1 hour to Dublin 40 mins or so to the coast .Got a nice little welcome package on arrival , booking in was a breeze and Claudia couldn’t have been more helpful

We loved the accommodation, comfortable and every little detail provided, even food in the cupboards. Met the resident canine, Rolo who was adorable :) Helen, the host was very helpful and met all our expectations
