Worry not because his wife is a wonderful cook who performs art with skill and heart. I tried some dishes from the elaborate Kashmiri wazwan, and I cannot recommend enough the crispy rib and the fish curry. The meatball was mashed to perfection; chewy and juicy. I personally learnt so much about heart-to-heart connection, which is something considerable for solo travellers in India, thanks to Mr. Firdous. My words cannot describe enough for my wonderful stay with Mr. Firdous on his houseboat.
