A doctor and babysitter are available on-call along with a boutique shop called Sandook. From the Front Desk to Housekeeping, from the Kitchen staff to Food & Beverage, the entire staff went above and beyond the call of duty. To name all the people would be difficult, but some names that have stuck due to personalized service, are Ganesh, Ashish, Shakti & Champati. Food comes first, so they made meals especially to suit our peculiar preferences. Thank you. Shrirupa took such great care of us, as did her team - Shamita, Nandini, Rohit & Swarna. At the front desk, Ritayan, Vedika, Saswati, Rahul, Vikas, Abhishek, Sachin & Niladri were wonderful. Niladri even helped us out of a tight spot. Thank you. Nirmalaya, Powrnami, Ankush & Abhik were great. A hotel is excellent thanks to staff who go the extra mile. We even had a good chauffeur through Trident. Jagdish bhai was courteous all through our travels. Trident is our go to hotel chain. Keep up the standards. You do stand apart even among other 5 star hotel chains we have stayed with.
