The bright, modern rooms feature wooden floors and private bathrooms. Some include either a terrace or balcony. The surrounding views take in the Hekla and Eyjafjallajökull volcanoes. The cottage was cozy. The staff were friendly.

It offers horse riding during the summer season, traditional cooking and a geothermal outdoor hot tub. Everything was just great. Location, staff, food, cleanness. Thanks, we will be back.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 19 km from Skogafoss Waterfall. Everything was great! In extra pros, we were able to bbq in a unique place and the hosts were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. Fully recommended!
