It's perhaps a quarter mile from the trail and easily accessible. When we arrived, we were super tired from a long, hot day, and our hosts made sure we had plenty of water to rehydrate with (as well as a very welcome beer). The property is beautiful. Our room was exceptionally large and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was wonderful - freshly baked pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, anything you could want. Highly recommended. Fair warning, there is no dinner service and there are no restaurants within walking distance. Our host offered the use of e-bikes, but we weren't comfortable using them so he actually ordered food from nearby, got it, and served it to us out by the pool on a lovely evening.
