The place is very clean. There was water in the room. The location is excellent in the center of the città alta. The staff is helpful, friendly, and willing to help. One thing is that there was no elevator, but the staff has helped us with our suitcases. We are really grateful for that. The breakfasts are really nice and had many courses to choose from, it was truly delicious.

Buffet and continental breakfast options with local specialities, fresh pastries and pancakes are available. At the property, there is an in-house family-friendly restaurant serving dinner and a selection of vegetarian options. Free parking, extremely kind staff, especially the lady in charge of dinner, who cannot speak English, but is very willing to help you. Breakfast is average level, but enough.

This is a small hotel, only 12 rooms on 4 floors. The rooms are modern, very clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows. A/c and wifi worked very well. Very quiet at night. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast was a delight, and so was the service. A lot of attention to detail!
