Our host, Fabrizio, was very helpful communicating with us before we our visit, helping us out when we arrived with recommendations and reservations, and staying in touch throughout our stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location (on the Via Francigena) was ideal.

The location is at the beginning of the bridge, which is the place that has the best view and at the same time no need to carry our luggages up the steep bridge. The host provides detailed information including parking options and pricing, which is incredibly thoughtful, he even offer to give us ZTL authorization to unload luggage if we choose to park outside ZTL. Communications are fast, effective and overwhelming friendly. Breakfast is a big plus too, abundant amount of pastries are offered, even some savory ones which are very satisfying. The room is carefully furnished, spacious and with great view from the patio, local brand of shampoo and shower gel are placed in the bathroom, really nothing to complain about!

Excellent location, next to the castle, easy to park the car and then a short walk. Right in the heart of the historic centre of Bolsena, a few steps up from the main street. The apartment is quite big, on 2 floors, with all the commodities. Very gentle owner, perfect communication. I highly recommend this place.

Super beautiful apartment in the middle of the town, new and clean, it had everything I needed for the stay, owner super nice and friendly also helping before my arrival to find out about bus possibilities to Orvieto, communication fast and without problems, you should not miss this place. Very good one on my Via Francigena. Thanks Alessandro
