The Trulli are all independent houses and are set in locations around the centre of Alberobello, no more than a 5-minute walk from Basilica dei Santi Medici. Some have barrel vaulted ceilings, some feature air conditioning, and others have a cooling fan. Some are equipped with a kitchen, while some also have private gardens or furnished patios.. The accommodation was great, everything was within walking distance, the city is fabulous.

From warm fireplace to a nice spacious kitchen and dining area. Direction from our host is most helpful. Breakfast at Cosi Com’era is most splendid. Very generous servings and mostly homemade and very delicious.

Il Gabellota Resort offers you the opportunity to enjoy the Puglia countryside while staying in a Trullo or a stone room. These ancient stone buildings, part of UNESCO World Heritage, are typical of Alberobello. The hotel and grounds were beautiful. The Owners were lovely, and very helpful. They really made our stay an enjoyable one. The walk to the centre of town was only about 15 to 20 minutes walk. The centre of town was so busy all the time, so it was nice to be away from all the noise and crowds, in a relaxing and tranquil place, with a lovely pool and hot tub 😊. I will definitely go back.
