It's private and you need to book a slot for yourself or your group after check-in. The common area has an amazing view of fall trees in their garden during Autumn. The food is really good with a lot of options. The staff is nice.

I love this hotel, was one of the best hotel in my trip in Japan, clean, big room, very quiet, is really close to the train station, the breakfast and dinner was really tasty and the onsen in the hotel was very relaxing. I totally recommend this hotel.

Hakone Onsen Yuyado Yamanshoou ligger i Hakone, 200 meter fra Hakone Botaniske Have med vådområder. Denne 3-stjernede ryokan har gratis WiFi. The onsen, the traditional meals and the staff. Everything was amazing.

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. All in all probably the best place we were in while traveling in Japan. You get yukata to walk around, very peaceful environment in the middle of the mountains, super friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. We had breakfast + dinner combo, which was typical Kaiseki with many different things. Just be prepared - it's A LOT of food (both). We skipped lunch while we stayed there. We tried one of the private onsen which was one of the best we tried. Room had a toilet but no bathroom, so you shower in the public onsen (typical of Ryokan w/ onsen for the unware). There's a Lawson super close, which is handy.

COUSCOUS Glamping Manazuru ligger i Manazuru og har havudsigt, restaurant, roomservice, bar, have, terrasse og grill. Der er gratis wi-fi overalt. I had one of the best birthdays of my adult life here! I stopped writing reviews but it would be a disservice not to rate this glampsite. The tent was spacious and high, the toilets were clean, the food was divine, and the customer service おもてなし was impeccable. I was exhausted from work, stressed, jaded by city life, eating poorly and sleeping badly. I am so grateful to unwind in such a gorgeous location surrounded by nature and kindness. I recommend bringing crocks or sturdy slip-on outdoor shoes, especially for the toilet. I also suggest bringing earplugs if you wake easily to bird noise. I also recommend the venison stew, the cassis orange, and the apple pie. To the company, I know hot water is provided in a thermos but I would definitely rent a mini kettle if you had one available. All in all, a fantastic experience especially after two awful group camping trips. ありがとうございました！

We had a wonderful time at Hakone Gora Karaku hotel, it was the highlight of our first trip to Japan. The Japanese room was incredible, with outstanding views of the mountains and a private onsen. The staff was always attentive and helpful, they make you feel like kings. There is an included bus shuttle to Odawara Station, which is very convenient; make sure to reserve it beforehand. The food is delicious, but please be aware that the Japanese menu may not appeal to everyone. If you are not into raw fish, be sure to select the Western-style menu. Also, if you have the chance, please try Tomura restaurant for dinner; it's a pleasant experience with grilled wagyu and fish - the food is delicious. Thanks again to the staff for making our Hakone stay even more remarkable. Everything went smoothly; the check-in was fast, they helped us with our luggage, and even shipped it to our next destination by our checkout time.
