I like everything, - great customer service, can speak english and offer required assistance when required, polite and courteous - the hotel has good ambiance, clean, comfortable and other facilities are great. all are clean and organized - i have not tried the breakfast though so I cannot comment - near to train as easy to access and with shops, supermarkets nearby - have bus available going to and from airport overall hotel is superb great!

There is a kitchen so you can eat your meals at the guesthouse and don’t need to worry about finding food. They offer a shuttle to the nearest station and museum which was a great help as the guesthouse is a bit secluded in a quiet neighborhood. There are hiking trails nearby and would love to visit again and explore more of the area around the guesthouse.

Great location, just minutes away from Shinjuku station. Very clean, awesome staff - as is most often the case in Japan - very comfortable rooms. Choose a room with club access - check-in much more convenient and exclusive, breakfast and happy hour available at club lounge (good ones) and overall just fabulous service. Very quiet, great restaurants in the vicinity - would definitely choose this one again.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. This place was amazing!! The private onsen was perfect, they even have a web you can check through your phone to check availability. Staff can speak english and its really quiet. Perfect for resting.

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. We have visited 3 times and it always is a wonderful treat. Great baths, great breakfast, lovely room. Warm recommendation for couples.
