Staff was professional, polite and guided us in Japanese although we are foreign residents of Japan. Explanations were patient, detailed and easy-to-understand. Requested amenities were provided promptly. Assistance with private transportation (taxi, shuttle coach) was also arranged efficiently.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. I had a 2 night stay in Konanso. The staff is very welcoming and polite, maybe it helps that i speak Japanese. However, they also speak English. Rooms are spacious, clean and with wonderful views. There is a person in charge of your stay that will bring you dinner each night and ask if you need anything. Dinner served at the bedroom is delicious, and the onsen is gorgeous. Would recommend 10/10. Breakfast is also excellent, with western and japanese food.

Located right in front of Lake Kawaguchi in the Mount Fuji area, Fuji Lake Hotel offers spacious accommodations with mountain or lake views. The location is amazing. Lake Kawaguchi is a wonder to admire. The hotel, with its front lake location is really stunning, and the hot water springs are gorgeus.

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. They were very attentive, provided accommodations when my bus back to kawaguchiko was late for my dinner reservation, and overall had excellent customer service.

Loved our one night stay at The TOKI in Kawaguchiko. The hotel is newer and the facilities are pristine. The staff was very hospitable and made our stay memorable. The cabins are spacious, the beds super comfortable, the bathrooms spotless (they also provide a stellar amenity kit), and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The literal highlight of our stay was being able to see Mt. Fuji from the cabin terrace in the morning (between 6:30 and 8:30 am). We had a wonderful stay and would return again!

Overnatningsstedet har boblebad.... The property is new and modern. The space is spacious for our group of 8 people with 4 rooms. We had a great time bbq-ing outside. The host provided all the utensils needed for cooking which is a plus. There was also a dishwasher. The view of mount fuji was beautiful in the morning. One of the rooms even had a balcony with the view of mount fuji. Wish we stayed for another night.

道龍house er et overnatningssted med et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse der ligger i Azagawa, 2,5 km fra Kawaguchi-søen, 2,9 km fra Fuji-Q Highland og 25 km fra Fuji. The house was modern, spacious and well equipped with a convenient and peaceful location. We could easily walk to the supermarket, the lake and the station. We loved the underfloor heating and the drying room upstairs. The 4 bedrooms were all a good size with lots of closet space and some nice views of Lake Kawaguchiko. The kitchen and bathroom were both clean and modern. The owner also responded quickly to us when we contacted him. There were 8 of us in our group and we all loved Kawaguchiko and our home away from home. Hope to be back in another season!
