We have 2 adults and 2 children and book a double room. Hotel provides two additional single beds for children. It is over expectation. There is a little kitchen in the room. The room is still spacious.

Host was very very nice and helpful and the accommodation was unapologetically very New Zealand themed. The host filled up the fridge with drinks for us and gave us a free jar of Manuka honey. He always replied quickly when we had any questions and left a welcome pack showing us where there are nice restaurants which are close by. The pizza oven and BBQ were very easy to use. He also left snorkels and an inflatable for us to use. Also we were lucky enough to be able to use his spare electric bikes! Stayed with 2 friends so there was lots of space. 2 double beds and a 3-bed bunk bed.

The house is located right above the private little beach which we also enjoyed a lot. There are a few really good restaurants within the walking distance too. Honestly, there is absolutely nothing to complain, I wish we had time to stay longer. P.S. just a suggestion to the host, adding a message about a water hose outside might be a good idea :) we found it ourselves and it was super helpful when coming back home from the beach.
