I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the room was, much larger than I expected for a hotel near an airport. The view from my room was a real bonus, as I could see the airport and surrounding areas, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed to feel at ease. Despite being close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, so I had a very restful stay. The breakfast was another highlight of my visit. Not only did the dining area offer a lovely view, but there was also a wide variety of food to choose from, with options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer traditional Japanese dishes or more Western-style options, there was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I’m really glad I picked this hotel. It exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have an early flight from Kansai Airport.

So pleased we discovered 30 pieces what a haven in Namba, staff were super friendly and accompanied when we changed our plans to come earlier, very new so everything was clean fresh and well designed, extra touches like more pillows , comfy big beds, large bathroom, seperate toilet was handy too , welcome drink and cool outside courtyard too. Staff also helped with restaurant choices - honestly it was our favourite hotel of our trip. Keep doing what you are doing
