The following day, I booked again, and they accommodated me in the deluxe as requested. The team is extremely polite, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. To my surprise, they even cleaned our car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My wife enjoyed some fresh oranges from the garden near our room, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were so gracious about it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and this is truly a nice place to stay.

The staff really make this an exceptional experience, starting at the country club (Paul and Nderitu), continuing on the drive (Stephen) and of course everyone at the Ark. Special mention to Anne at the Ark, expert in aromatherapy massage. The Ark is so relaxing and so quiet with a true emphasis on the animals. We have been drawn back to this beautiful place several times over the last 32 years and will continue to return.
