They provide breakfast on the table infront of your room from where you can enjoy the view. Loved everything. At first there was no drinking water inside the room and I had to ask for that. Have not asked about the toiletries, so dont know if they have forgotten it or they don't provide anything.

We had an amazing experience at this lovely hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the greenery surrounding the property, felt like stepping into a peaceful paradise. It even rained heavily on our first day, which added to the charm and made the scenery even more magical the next morning. The bungalow was spacious of 2 stories, comfortable, and beautifully designed. There are only four bungalows on the property, which makes the atmosphere very private and serene. What really stood out was the team running the place. Though small and long working hours, they were super friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything from check-in to meals was handled with such care. Speaking of meals, the food was delicious! Every dish we had was fresh and full of flavor. they do breakfast on tray basis and not buffet since the number of guest are limited. They call you the night before to ask on the type each person would like to order.

Property itself is stunning with amazing views from the room. cleanliness is a 10/10 and rooms are extremely comfortable and homely with all necessities readily available. Food was flavourful and delicious. The smell of the room and linens was a nice plus.

The homestay features mountain views, an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. I stayed in the downstairs room which was large and bright with big windows and a great view. The bed was comfortable. The excellent breakfast was served on a covered terrace, again with fantastic views across the valley. There were lovely sunsets. It is on top of a hill so a little difficult to access. I had a motorbike so it was easy for me, but if you are relying on tuk-tuks some of them won't go all the way to the top, which leaves you with a short but very steep climb to the accommodation. This would be hard if you have a lot of luggage. Best to contact Shiraz the owner as he can arrange a tuk-tuk to the door. The reward for being on the hill is peace and quiet and a lovely view.

A public bath and a car rental service are available for guests. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Prasan from TK homes came to Badulla station to pick us up. Prior to that, he was in constant communication with us. The apartment was nice, spacious, and clean.2 large beds in each bedroom . Prasan and his family were very attentive and treated us like family. They are genuinely interested in guests. Overall, I will give a rating of 10/10 due to their excellent communication and hospitality during the stay.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, fresh pastries and pancakes are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves American cuisine. Such a beautiful stay 😍 we loved everything about it, the view, the cleanliness, the food and the crew 🙏🏼 thank you!
