Loved this place. Roshan is the best host and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Prior to arrival he assured us that they could cater for one of our party who is vegan and also arranged a full-day safari for us. We had a large family room which was immaculate with great facilities. Each night, Roshan's wife cooks an incredible buffet for the guests, all freshly prepared with a huge choice. The food was amazing and Roshan and his family made our stay memorable.

Really cool tree house rooms on the peninsula. The host and cook is amazing and he makes delicious meals. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is partially open air which was really cool. The hammocks and tables made it a peaceful haven. The pool was still being made when I went but it will be a really nice addition. I highly recommend this place.

This place was so amazing. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff and Roshan were so friendly and made you feel so welcome. Roshan organised a safari to Wilpattu for us, which will be one of our special days from our trip. We even saw leopards. The buffet supper was amazing with so many beautifully prepared dishes. The aubergine was our favourite. Do not hesitate to book the place if you are in the area. It's perfect in every way.

Kitelantis provides lagoon front accommodation in Kalpitiya. Among the various facilities of this property are a water sports facilities and an outdoor swimming pool. An incredibly stylish and beautiful hotel. I was looking for a calm place and this was a perfect match. However, you can socialize if you want. Jessie, the manager, is doing his job with a strong sense of responsibility, Ansalees and other employees are highly professional and kind. Hotel boat can take you to the beach. The place is very popular for kitesurfers and the beach was very windy during my stay, but you can relax perfectly at the hotel pool. The atmosphere there is idyllic. Food was really tasty.

There are a number of activities and excursions available, or you can simply relax on your veranda up in the trees. There are a number of chill out zones.
