This property is immaculately clean and well maintained. The owners and their lovely staff members are friendly, attentive, helpful, and efficient in their roles. We had an air-conditioned double ground floor room with two large windows and a good-sized ensuite, plus nice towels and sheets. A large indoor common area has a fridge we could use, and a very good breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace, with ocean views. Local ceramics placed around give it a personal feel. The taps and drains work, windows and drawers slide, the floors are clean enough to walk barefoot inside and out. The many pot plants are watered and healthy. It's a short walk to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants.

Since the Google Maps location is a bit ambiguous, here are the directions: upon entering the Medina through Bab Tut, take the second street to the right (Ras Rkhama). (The first street to the right is the animal market.) From there, the Derb (cul-de-sac) Alui opens to the right. The riad is at the end of the derb, with the street number 32. Street names and numbers are well-marked.

The employees did everything they could to ensure we could make the most of the location. Even though it was the month of Ramadan, they did everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. They were also a valuable help for us to guide us in relation to trading hours during this month. Regarding breakfast: fabulous! I recommend having breakfast on the terrace.
