Good and helpfull staff, everything is perfectly clean and well mantained. A highlight is also the buffet breakfast included in the price. They also can book tours for you. Also a very good location, three blocks from the ADO busstation and three blocks from the main plaza.

The accommodations at Villas Ecotucan have 12 V electricity provided by solar panels. The bathrooms are private and come with a shower. This was my 3rd visit here - this shows how lovely the place is. Unspoilt natural beauty, both in the jungle and right on the lake. They have their own little deck right on the lagoon. Free kayaks to borrow or you can go on a guided tour. I recommend the jungle walk with Jacqueline - a tranquil way to start the day. The food from the restaurant was exceptional - not a huge menu which is great as everything is freshly prepared.The rooms / cabins are tastefully simple. This is my favourite place to stay in Mexico - in fact probably the whole world!!

Each air-conditioned room at Casa Tia Micha has modern décor. All rooms have flat-screen cable TV and a minibar. The garden and grounds were beautiful and well kept. A beautiful oasis close to the center. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. I would 100 % recommend this accommodation and stay here again.

The staff was really friendly and it was extremely easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. We were able to order everything we needed at it was brought to us in no time. The lounge chairs at the beach were included in the price of the room.

Parador Margarita is just steps from a wide range of museums, shopping, nightlife and restaurants. The city's main bus station is just minutes away. The hotel also features transportation services to destinations in the Chiapas. The staff was polite and helpful. My room (with garden view) was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy with enough sheets as it gets cool at night in SCDLC. Even at regular price, this place offers bang for your buck.

Set in Bacalar, Playa Laguna Bacalar Beach Front features a garden, private beach area, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available and the hotel also offers car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. We had an amazing two night stay! The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.
