Super clean spacious room and the most helpful staff. Lovely lobby/bar area with the best fresh ginger and lemon tea ever and home made cookies. One of the staff even walked me to the bus station to get the bus to Bandipur. Highly recommend for an excellent location too.

Best hostel in Kathmandu hands down. Comfortable dorm, super hospitable and helpful staff, the cafe was great and the cleaning staff done an amazing job keeping the space clean. The donation box is a nice touch for the traveler to let go stuff they no longer meed and for others to find stuff they might need. Sits on the quieter side of the neighborhood but still close to the center of Thamel.

Hotel Jampa is set in Thamel and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property is 2.9 km from Kathmandu Durbar Square and 3.1 km from Swayambhunath Temple. The hotel staff are really nice and accommodating. The location itself is very convenient if you prioritise shopping for souviners and there are also a lot of affordable but good restaurants around. The room is clean and comfortable and worth the price.
