Nice Restaurant with good ala carte dinner and breakfast buffet. Nice rooms with aircon. We had a triple room, which was fine.

There are public kitchens and dining rooms available. Well appointed kitchen, nice size, great porch, very quiet. Location pretty close to town, could walk. Grocery store close by. Most restaurants downtown. Washer and dryer worked well. We used the BBQ 3 nights, great!

Staff really friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room with everything I needed. Having laundry facilities and towels for use at the hot springs was great too.

Guests have a choice of open-plan studios or larger apartments which have a separate living room. All of the units have kitchenettes, a large LCD TV and DVDs can be placed in the rooms on request. All rooms are serviced daily. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment with very friendly owners. They made a real effort to help when needed and their airport shuttle service is fantastic.

Commodore Airport Hotel Christchurch features spacious rooms, conference/meeting facilities and plenty of free car parking. The award-winning native gardens provide a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. We were able to check in early which enabled us to drop our suitcases off before returning our motorhome, which was great. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The hotel restaurant was delicious and affordable. The staff were very helpful, even in the middle of the night. To top it all off, we had to get to the airport at 4 a.m. and the hotel has a complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle available. Fantastic place to stay!

Featuring a garden, Hanmer Springs Gateway Lodge is set in Hanmer Springs and also provides a bar and barbecue facilities. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Stayed 1 night, very clean, very comfortable, and very spacious. One of the better motels we've stayed at for 1 night in hanmer, we've stayed in a few. Loveliest hosts and provided towels for the hot pools. Bonus tavern come restaurant right next door and located on main street in hanmer so all amenities close by. Would definitely book again.
