Well set in the centre of Christchurch, Drifter Christchurch provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. The accommodation offers entertainment staff and a 24-hour front desk. I keep coming back to The Drifter, it’s definitely my favorite hostel. I love the cleanliness, the comfort, and the great atmosphere. The location in the very center of town is perfect. Honestly, it’s the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at.

With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio. The aparthotel also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. New modern accommodation in an industrial park that is excellent value for money. The room has a small but functional kitchenette. The Cromwell has a lot to offer and Wanaka is an easy drive. We thought this accommodation was a good base to explore the region from. We loved the shower but best of all, it’s very close to Sanga’s Pies which are the best we have had in New Zealand.

Located in Hokitika, 1.5 km from Hokitika Beach, Hokitika's Kiwi Holiday Park and Motels has a garden, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access. This 4-star holiday park offers a shared kitchen and luggage storage space. The holiday park features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Clean and chill space to stay. It’s worth to stay at least two night.

Situated in Christchurch, 9.1 km from Christchurch Railway Station, Novotel Christchurch Airport features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a restaurant. The property is around 10 km from Canterbury Museum, 10 km from Christchurch Art Gallery and 10 km from Hagley Park. Cardrona Hotel features an iconic on-site restaurant and bar. You can enjoy the picturesque gardens while sipping a drink on the patio. This hotel features a hot tub, a ski drying room and shared lounge and laundry facilities. The hotel is instagrammable overall with every nook and cranny beautifully decorated with touches of a past era. The room smells good, the bed and mattress are comfortable (my daughter didn't want to get up!), the towels are thick & clean, the garden is beautiful and filled with flowers, and even the room window has flowers planted outside so it was a pretty sight even from inside the room. The dinner at the garden surrounded with these colorful blooms was a delight. The bar & restaurant staff are polite, friendly and attentive. I like that there is a self-service laundry room available for guests to use for a minimum fee. Parking is also available.

The property offers free barbecue facilities, a children’s playground and self-service laundry. Guests can also rent a bicycle to explore the surrounding areas, or relax at the games room. There are public kitchens and dining rooms available. This accommodation was amazing I can not fault it,we will definitely be staying there again next time we are down.

Arthur's Pass Alpine Motel is located high in New Zealand’s Southern Alps, within Arthur’s Pass Village. Just 300 metres from Arthur’s Pass train Station, it offers free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Our cabin was cozy and comfortable and had a nice view of the mountains. Would highly recommend. This has been one of our favourite places to stay in NZ.

Offering free Wi-Fi, and a guest lounge with a fireplace, Drifters Inn just 80 metres from the famous Hanmer Springs Thermal Reserve. It offers rooms with flat-screen satellite TV.

Drifters Inn Hanmer Springs is 2 minutes’ drive from Hanmer Springs Golf Course and Woodland Walk Recreation Reserve. Christchurch International Airport is 133 km away. Excellent location and extra comfy bed. Very relaxed place with great communal lounge and full use of kitchen. It is across the road from the Springs with a good restaurant next door. The forest walks/trail rides are at the end of the street. Close to the shops too.

Delorenzo Studio Apartments offers a heated outdoor pool, on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Studios come with a kitchenette, laundry facilities and a private bathroom. Some apartments feature a spa bath. The unit was clean and comfortable. After several days of hiking, we needed the washer and dryer and it was great to have the right in the unit. Also loved the Nespresso coffee maker and little balcony.

Carnmore Chateau Marlborough offers luxury self-contained suites with free Wi-Fi. Guests can cool off in the outdoor swimming pool or relax by the pool with a drink from the bar.

All rooms have a 42-inch flat-screen TV. Great rooms, very big and comfortable bed
