Very nice hotel and the staff is fantastic. They went iut of their way to help me with a few things. I was able to checkin at 5am when my bus arrived without any extra payment. I have to call out Gauddy who was super nice and helpful with anything I needed. She made my stay extra special!!!

Marco is very friendly and prepared for us packet breakfast. The rooms are big and clean and the position is great as it is 10 min walk from plaza de armas. Fantastic experience

AKAO HOUSE ligger i Arequipa, mindre end 1 km fra Estadio Umacollo, og har en have og en terrasse. I simply have no words to describe the kindness of the owner. She did everything to make me feel the best possible. The only thing I wish I had said bye to was that I stayed longer. The rooms are also nice and clean. Come and see for yourself. If I could, I would give it a rating of 20 out of 10.

The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and always around to help. They organised trips for us and greeted us with a smile at 3am when we set off for our Colca Canyon tour. The room was squeaky clean and bedding and towels were changed daily if required. The location is great, very quiet but just a short walk from the centre, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Would stay again.
