Boasting a garden, CASA CRISTOBAL Siete Cuartones is situated in the centre of Cusco, 2.5 km from Wanchaq Train station. The property is around 800 metres from Santa Catalina Convent, 400 metres from La Merced Church and 600 metres from Church of the Company. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. + We stayed at the Casa Cristobal before and after our Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley trips. We therefore tried out a variety of rooms. All had their own charm, and each one was more beautiful than the other. + But not only do the rooms have character, the courtyard around which the rooms are arranged is also beautifully decorated in a typical local style. + We also took advantage of the opportunity to leave our large luggage in the hotel during this time, which worked out without any problems. + Another hotel convenience that we used was the packed lunch instead of breakfast in the hotel, due to a very early start to the tour. This included a sandwich, fruit, water, juice and a small snack. + Even better was the actual breakfast in the hotel. This was included in our hotel price. And that was a good thing, as we didn't have to search for long in the city in the morning. It tasted very good too! You order from a menu, there is something for everyone, including many vegetarian options. + The staff was always friendly and very helpful with all of our requests, and we had a lot! I would also like to point out that everyone we dealt with spoke good English, which is not the case everywhere in Peru. + Communication, around the clock (24h reception) and whether in person or by text via Whatsapp/booking messages, was always quick and easy. + Since it is a very original but beautifully restored building, it can sometimes get a bit chilly. But that is not a problem. In the hotel you can get additional blankets, heaters or hot tea on request. + Finally, the location: The Casa Cristobal is located in the beautiful part of the city of Cusco, in the historic center. Not right in the hustle and bustle, but only a few minutes from the Plaza de Armas, the central square where you can hang out, but also from which you can quickly reach everything important. All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Casa Cristobal. There is nothing to complain about, keep up the good work!

Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas, but in an area that was a little less touristy. Price was very affordable for our family and it was great to have a bit more space and the kitchenette for our stay. Showers were hot, once we got the hang of them. It was clean, had good internet and cable tv. It was a quite a cute apartment with a good view from the balconey.
The staff took such good care of us, our family room had a beautiful view, comfortable beds and cute decour. The family who runs this hotel is very kind and knowledgable about the area. The cat, Puma, was a huge attraction to our kids. The lacation is unbeatable!!!
Er had a lovely stay with our family and our baby. The hotel is really amazing the people who are working there are super helpful and always friendly. Richard Cruz Castro made all our wishes come true. We had some massages helped us with oxygen whenever we needed some. He greeted us everyday at the breakfast personally. Everyone were so friendly and the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the city Center safe and not far to the train to Go to Machu Picchu. Thank you for making our stay so lovely ! All the best.
The whole complex is large and beautiful. There is room to play for children, even small one and a baby sitter service. During the day you can come and feed alpacas. The breakfast is excellent, rooms very big and comfortable.
The family are so lovely and easy going and that really made our stay in Cusco so much nicer. this place was everything we wanted at a very affordable price. Can do laundry here and leave bags if you’re like us and staying either side of a multi-day hike. Location is around a 10min walk from main square. You have to walk up hills to get back but around the town centre is so touristy and noisy I’m actually glad we were a 10min walk away anyway. Best to whatsapp them when you arrive or ask at the laundry next door :)
We booked two rooms for a family of four. Our kids room had a super cute balcony and was large and spacious with a great view. The showers in both rooms were superb and there was lots of hot water. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. There was a lot of fresh food on offer as well as delicious cake. The young chef was very friendly and cooked great eggs. It was one of the best breakfasts we had in Peru. We were able to leave our luggage so we could go to the hot springs after we had checked out. Staff were very helpful.
Lovely family hotel, with clean comfortable rooms, super cosy beds and a good healthy breakfast. Upon arrival we had a wonderful warm welcome from Edgar, the host and owner. He took us off on great tours and arranged everything for us. Would definitely return :-)
Nice family-owned place. Rooms were a bit dated, but fine and quite comfortable. There was okay WiFi and the dinners were great and affordable. Lobely terraza and amazing Mandor, which you can enter how many times you like. We liked staying here.
The hotel is great with very beautiful surroundings. The host (Toni) and his staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Good breakfast and amazing dinners (10/10, prepared by Toni himself). Upon request, the host offers pizza nights as well. Highly recommended. Our family, including our two small children, enjoyed our stay to the fullest
