Atlantida Mar is a contemporary hotel featuring designer guestrooms with panoramic views. Def highlight was the staff: one of the best! From the reception to cleaning personal, they all made sure that we have a great experience. First day, lady at the reception printed out an itinerary for the festival and brought it to our room, which we even have asked for! Once I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday week, reception and cleaning personal prepared the best surprise. On the last day, we needed a taxi at 5am and asked for reception to help us arrange it: then when they realized we are leaving really early they tried to arrange a breakfast for us. Once my boyfriend said its not needed, gentleman at the reception asked if he should arrange a lunch box. These people love their job and make sure that guests have a great experience, I really hope hotel management values them and treats them as they deserve because they are the 5th star to this hotel 🥰

Great restaurant in about 3-5 min walk! Wonderful garden and jacuzzi on the property! Pool and saunas are great! We loved our stay!

The staff went over and beyond to accomodate our requests and to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. The salt water pool was awesome with comfortable lawn chairs and bathroom/shower facilities. Will certainly return!!

Staff was wonderful and accommodating and helpful. breakfast was good, may add some variety to make it better rooms were wonderful but wifi spotty beds comfy, and cleaning staff wonderful property is in a good location, pool was cold and had chemicals that hurt the eyes, but the hot tub was a great alternative driveway was steep and garage very tight, would suggest small cars only

We liked everything from the room to the breakfast, the jacuzzi & the outdoor pool even if we did not used it as it was freezing cold, we suggest that it should be converted to a heated one. Lovely traditional house in the right spot 5 mins walk to the main restaurants & shops of Ponta Delgada.
