It was my husband’s and my first trip to Portugal and Porto, and the front desk staff were fantastic — recommending sites to visit and one the best restaurants we have ever been to! We truly appreciated the incredibly helpful, delightful, and kind staff. Early in our stay, we had a problem with the drapes in our room; the staff immediately resolved the issue in the nicest and most generous way imaginable. Thanks especially to manager Soraia Ribero, who could not possibly have been more helpful and thoughtful. We were upgraded and treated so specially. The staff and Soraia, in particular, made our first trip to Porto so memorable and special. We shall never forget our trip to Porto and hope one day to return to Porto’s Wine & Books Hotel.

Dear Beatriz, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your apartment. Its location was ideal, situated right in the city center and very close to all major attractions. The proximity to the tram station directly in front of the apartment made it extremely convenient to travel to the beach and other destinations. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, featuring a well-equipped, cozy kitchen with all the necessary accessories. Your warm and welcoming hospitality greatly enhanced our experience. Despite arriving way earlier than the original check in time we requested, we were greeted with a smile and a glass of cold orange juice. The owners are so very kind here, and it feels like home. The room was amazing, very clean, and the beds were so soft- exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. I cannot recommend this place enough- an absolute must place to stay!
