Sanaa, the receptionist did an amazing job at making sure we had everything and that our stay was exceptional!

Housekeeping is spot on, I’ve been to 5 star hotels where housekeeping is a nightmare especially with items like toiletries. Retaj Inn AlWakrah housekeeping always responded and always made sure my room and toilet are fully equipped with fresh items during my stay. There is a supermarket and a Mcdonalds close by. Souq Waqef Alwakra is 5min away by car and is definitely worth a visit!

It is a very relaxing place, the staff and service were extraordinary they were welcoming and supportive and friendly. Starting with the shuttle driver, reception, housekeeping, waiters and cheif all were so friendly.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with fresh pastries, pancakes and fruits are available. At the property, there is an on-site family-friendly restaurant serving dinner and a selection of vegetarian options. Professional, helpful and experienced staff. Camp Manager Mr. Mohamed very helpful and highly appreciated his efforts. Cleaning , food was very tasty and delicious.
