Located in downtown Maribor, a few metres from Drava River, this hotel offers free Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour front desk. Maribor’s ski lift is just 6 km away. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. A more than excellent breakfast. There is a Michlin rated restaurant and terrace overlooking the river.

Only 1 km from the centre of Maribor, the Črni Baron Pension Black Baron is located in Malečnik, 20 metres from a bus stop. Really great spacious family apartments! The hosts really friendly! They gave us some snacks and bottled water for our trip as a gift! Great breakfast! Sadly we didn't taste the pizza they are offering in restaurant area.

Just 4.5 km from the centre of Maribor, the family-run Motel Lesnik offers a spa area and a miniature golf course. Free WiFi and wired internet is available in all rooms. A lovely place held by very nice people. We had a perfect family room, two big separate bedrooms, a big enough bathroom with a spacious shower. The garden, minigolf and playground were a great surprise.

The location is unbeatable—nestled in the mountains, the air is crisp and clean, making it an ideal spot for hiking and trekking enthusiasts. Beyond the immediate surroundings, you can easily visit the charming city of Maribor, nearby waterfalls, and other scenic attractions in the Pohorje region. A perfect blend of comfort, nature, and local culture—highly recommended!
