Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

Very cosy, home-like small hotel in the city center. Friendly staff. I had very warm feeling staying there. The breakfast is quite general, but the food is fresh and coffee is decent. They have their own sauna, and the best restaurants and coffee-shops are just around the corner.

Localization is just next to the tourist trails. Really amazing wellness center (different saunas, hot tube, cooling pool) for a good price. Small kids-play area in the restaurant and larger one outside. The hotel staff was very welcoming towards kids.

Room was very nice, clean, with good furniture. Stuff was very polite. On the arrival, we were late for dinner but they served it to us on their own. Hotel is few stairs from the ski area so we didn't have to use a car or bus to go skiing.
